Installation & Service Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Service, Maintenance and erecting of MLCP Systems with proper knowledge of Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fitting
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and timely installations on new sites
  • Participate in Loading and Unloading of Materials on Sites
  • Take ownership of the job and maintain Safety standards while doing work
  • Good understanding of drilling tools, cutting tools, metal concrete tools and welding, Servicing tools, Standard operating procedure with regards to service, maintenance and repair of individual type Systems (411, 413, 543)
  • Manage weightlifting – loads at the site location Unloading of materials as and when required
  • Understanding of Mechanical, Hydraulic Fitting in the installation of the system
  • Executing work in coordination with Team members and performing tasks related to installation like welding grinding etc
  • Servicing of systems under comprehensive AMC and Non comprehensive AMC
  • Installation and erection of each system
  • Final Finishing of painting of systems
  • Emergency breakdown Visit and Repair on urgent basis
  • Putting Stickers in the system
  • Taking care of all the safety guidelines while working
  • Building Team Leading Skills and Ownership Capacity
  • Train fellow team members and juniors to share knowledge and technical skill

Skills

  • ITI fitter, Mechanic, Electrician
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in relevant industry
  • Technical Skill and expertise in mechanic’s handrails and electrical
  • Team player, go getter attitude
  • Perseverance

  • Should be open to travel across sites

Technical Sales Executive (MLCP System)

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Identify and target potential customers in the market.
 Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of parking systems.
 Travelling to the customer’s location to talk about our product range.
 Generating purchase orders and sales receipts as well making quotations.
 Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
 Analyzing of the drawings by coordinating with the Auto Cad team.
 Meeting sales targets.
 Coordinate with the customers to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
 Emergency breakdown Visit and Repair on urgent basis.
 Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product selection, application, and troubleshooting.

Skills

A bachelor’s degree in Diploma in Mechanical related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent operations at site.
Should be open to travel across sites.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
Ability to understand and convey complex technical information.

Store Keeper For Male (MLCP System)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Procure, store, and issue supplies in installation and service operation
  • Process and maintain inventory records; Prepare MIS reports to graphically present the same
  • Modify and implement inventory control perform material shifting activities
  • Implement disposal procedures and perform related work
  • Purchase local consumable material
  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
  • Makes deliveries of requested surplus Material; maintains records of all deliveries
  • Fills supply requisitions; assists in ordering adequate merchandise and Material and deliver orders to Service and installation team
  • Receive, store, tag and track surplus inventory; prepare lists for items to be sold as scrap
  • Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document
  • Ship canceled and damaged items back to vendors. Handle and document storage and transportation of hazardous materials
  • Maintain the Store, record area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
  • Answer questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property

Junior Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily Accounting Transaction Entry in Software
  • Statutory compliances including GST and TDS, Payroll including PF & ESI including ensuring timely payments of all statutory liabilities and monthly Expenses
  • Maintenance of Petty Cash and ensuring that payments are diligently made
  • Banking Transactions (if necessary)
  • Review bank statements and BRS Regularly
  • Getting Auditing and document verification done
  • Resolve Internal and Statutory Audit Queries for Finalization of Accounts
  • Maintaining of Accounts of all firms and of Individual/HUF Accounts
  • Manage and maintain Clients Accounts
  • Prepare various MIS reports accurately and periodically including Daily Account Balance, Monthly Receivable and Payable Statement
  • Tax Audit Report 3CD, 3CB, 3CA

Skills

  • Direct & Indirect Tax (Relevant Sections Only) law interpersonal skills
