Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality and finishing

Senior Civil Engineer
Experience: 7-10 Years
Age: Not more than 35 Years
Qualification: Experience in Current Market Scenario
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning, design, construction and maintenance of physical infrastructures
- Ensures compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations
- Designs and supervises construction projects
- Responsibilities also include estimating costs and personnel and material needs, preparing proposals Bar chart and establishing completion dates
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Leads the planning, design, construction and maintenance of physical infrastructures, like high-rise Residential and Commercial Buildings and any matters relating to the same

Job Description

- Shall advise others on practical, aesthetic and social considerations in architectural design projects.
- Shall train others on structured processes to maximize the efficiency of architectural design.
- Shall be In charge of leading design teams through the architectural design process and coordinating directly with Principals, to ensure all project goals are met.
- Shall be responsible for Detailed engineering - comprising architectural, civil, structural, electrical, process, mechanical (PSREG/ FEG), piping, instrumentation and HVAC and project procurement, inspection services, construction supervision, project management.
- Shall develop checklists and coordinates technical aspects of the project design and construction.
- Shall be responsible to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities, but will not have formal client or sales accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized Institute with a minimum 3 to 5 years' experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams. Prior experience on high-end residential and commercial renovation projects is preferred.
Skills
- Should have knowledge in AUTOCAD
- Proficiency in Sketchup, REVIT and 3DsMax a plus
