Project Manager-2

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute the project according to the project plan
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
  • Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality and finishing
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
  • Deal with the Contractors to ensure that the work is carried on as planned
  • Deal with the Vendors and participate in material sourcing
  • Controlling material usage
  • Monitor and implement Safety Standards and other Work Place standards
  • Ensuring proper checking at every stage of work to ensure good quality and finishing of work
  • Ensuring proper monitoring through generating reports on the basis of site execution on daily basis and sending the same to HO via email or any other media
  • Handling existing customers who visits sites relating to any work related matters in their respective Units

Skills

  • Knowledge of project management
  • Excellent command in MS office, MS Project and Hands on in ERP systems
  • Knowledge about Real-Estate sector and area and material calculations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
